New construction of an eight-story hotel building with a total of 347 guest rooms. The new building is conceived as a structural element contributing to urban repair, seamlessly integrating into the overall streetscape. The spatial edge along Nordkanalstraße is completed by connecting adjacent new buildings, forming a clear urban boundary while simultaneously serving as a noise barrier for the residential development on Wandalenweg.
